Sol Sirenas Coral. Varadero, Cuba.
Cuba is a challenging environment for hotel business due to supply limitations. At this property, guest satisfaction was boosted and repeat guest index was increased. Employee´s morale was highly uplifted since previously hotel ratings were suffering, and under my direction, they saw that important progress could be done.
Gran Caribe Real Resort Cancun. Cancun, Mexico.
This property in the most popular and busy Caribbean destination in the world was managed by a great team that took me two years to create.. You would imagine that in such a busy destination, things would come easy but the fact of the matter is that it is quite the opposite. Finding good employees and retaining them was a key factor. This hotel had to be positioned in the mindset of the tourist and the tour operators and that challenge was achieved with great success. It was "Best Hotel in Mexico 2002" Trip Advisor.
Playa Blanca Resort Farallon. Coclé, Panama.
When I took this wonderful beach resort in Panama a lot of changes needed to be done, so I went back to the basics. Extensive training seminars were conducted personally by me. Important renovations to meet government regulations, be environmentally friendly and bring the hotel up to date were supervised and delivered on schedule. This hotel is one of the most popular and reputed properties in the coast of Panama. See it on Trip Advisor.
Mansion del Angel. Morelia, Mexico.
No hotelier would be complete without adding small luxury properties to his career portfolio. This charming boutique hotel, right in the heart of Morelia Mexico, (a top colonial destination famous for its history, architecture and beautiful crafts for which Mexico is known worldwide) was completely set up with policies, procedures and standard manuals so guest could be assured to receive a high quality product with consistency, every time, all the time.
This is just a very short list of all the properties that I have managed, which are more than ten, and include more destinations, from the Dominican Republic to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. They are not listed chronologically, they are just to give you an idea of the experience, insight and know how I can contribute to your hospitality business. So you may not need a "full" hotel manager, but what about mentoring, coaching and training your current manager or executives? What about bringing a solution for your sales department, a refreshing look to your property or an update with the latest trends in customer service?. I am available to come onboard.
